Privacy Policy Scope

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is being used online. PII, as used in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. How we collect information

When ordering, uploading content with contact information, or registering with us, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, email address, or other details to help you with your experience.

How we protect information

We use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use regular Malware Scanning. We use an SSL certificate on sites and services that store private data. Some of our sites do not use an SSL certificate because it is used for comments on a blog and forms for customers to contact Hudson Printing for information. We do not use cookies.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This includes website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety. We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.

The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that Hudson Printing disclose certain stored information to you, about our collection, and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you:

• The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you.
• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information (we do not sell your personal information).

• The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels, Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your personal information’s value and contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of Sate that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You many only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
• Provide sufficient information that allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.
• Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Categories of Personal Information

In particular, Hudson Printing has collected the following categories of Personal Information form its consumers within the last twelve (12) months:
• Identifiers: A real name, alias, postal address, email address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, current or past job history, or other similar identifiers.
• Commercial Information: Records of mailing addresses, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
• Usage: Information on the User’s interaction with Hudson Printing.
• Geolocation Data: Physical location, generally.

How we handle Do Not Track Signals

We honor do not track signals and do not track, or plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur we will notify the users via email or telephone within 7 business days.
