“It’s a great honor to join this group of successful and innovative digital printing leaders. Since our entry into digital printing in 2012, we’ve often looked to the Dscoop community for inspiration, and ideas about solving technical challenges. And we’ve done our best to reciprocate, all in the spirit of strengthening and growing the digital printing industry and the value we provide to customers.”

– Paul Hudson, owner and CEO of Hudson Printing

Hudson Printing continues to invest in technical innovation in both offset printing and digital printing. Ongoing investments into innovation have been driven by Paul’s focus on finding new ways to help customers be more effective in their communications using print.

Paul is one of six new board members added to Dscoop Americas that represent a diverse range of businesses, markets and experience. As a board member, Paul will support the organization in delivering profit-driving benefits for the North American digital print community – helping it to support key industry issues and drive business enhancing opportunities. In this role, Paul will have direct access to leading trends in digital print to bring back and leverage at Hudson Printing to provide customers with the most-effective and highest-quality products possible.

The addition of Paul to the Dscoop board validates Paul’s role as a visionary in the digital printing community. Early on, Paul recognized the benefits of digital printing and the future demand for digital capabilities. Hudson Printing began investing in digital print technology in 2012 and demand grew so much that the company recently named a new company division: Hudson Digital. As demand grows, so has Hudson’s investment as the company recently added multiple state-of-the-art HP Indigo Digital Presses, securing Hudson as the largest and most capable printer – both in offset printing and digital printing – in the region.

Hudson Printing has a track-record of being actively engaged with the printing community, especially around new technologies and best practices to help customer achieve amazing results.  Since opening its doors in 1909, Hudson Printing has been constantly learning, growing and adopting new technologies. Whether through speed, selection or service, this deep experience enables Hudson to provide its customers with the best the world of print has to offer.

“We are thrilled to bolster our talented board with new members of this caliber. They are already adding considerable value to the organization through their insight, experience and ideas.”
